Thutego Sebotsane is the Managing Director of Masterpiece Group and a seasoned Stakeholder Relations and Social Performance specialist with over 14 years of experience in the infrastructure, energy, and development sectors.

She has successfully led stakeholder engagement, community liaison, enterprise development, and project stability initiatives on major infrastructure projects across South Africa. Known for her strategic leadership and collaborative approach, Thutego is passionate about building sustainable partnerships that create lasting value for clients, communities, and government.

Thutego holds a Bachelor of Philosophy (Honours) in Marketing Management, a Bachelor of Business Administration, a Diploma in Marketing, and a Public Relations Certificate from the University of Cape Town. She is currently pursuing a Master’s in Sustainability Management, further strengthening her expertise in sustainable development and responsible business practices.
